Field Education is arranged for all full-time students at local churches. This includes supervised learning in a specific ministry each week for the first two years as well as the development of a ministry project, the participation in a short-term mission, and a church internship respectively during the three summer breaks. In addition, each student has to complete at least a year of pastoral internship. As part of their training, the students will regularly go to different locations to do personal or group evangelism under the guidance of a trainer.
